Joseph C. Dayball has represented clients in a wide variety of civil and criminal matters in both state and federal courts, including cases involving serious personal injuries, medical malpractice, commercial disputes, civil rights violations, toxic torts and products liability.
Mr. Dayball received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctorate from the Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, he received numerous awards for academic excellence, including CALI Awards for Highest Academic Achievement in the areas of Torts and Jurisprudence, and the Dean's List, while also serving as the President of the Stonewall Legal Alliance.
He is currently active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and is admitted to the California Bar, the Florida Bar, the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
