Riverside, CA – 8-Year-Old Boy Loses Life in Head-On Crash on Arlington Ave near Stover Ave
Riverside, CA (May 18, 2023) – A young child lost his life as a result of a head-on collision that was reported on Tuesday in the Riverside area.
On May 16, the police and firefighters were dispatched to the scene of a crash involving two vehicles that occurred on Arlington Avenue.
Reports from authorities show that a vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed in the area of Arlington Avenue in Stover Avenue when it crashed into a second vehicle after the driver lost control.
An 8-year-old boy inside one of the vehicles suffered fatal injuries. The victim was pronounced deceased as a result of his injuries.
A 10-year-old girl, a 16-year-old boy, and two other victims were injured. All four victims were rushed to area hospitals and admitted in critical condition.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
