Reseda, CA – Fatal Pedestrian Crash Reported on Tampa Ave near Sherman Way
Reseda, CA (October 4, 2023) – A man has lost his life as a result of an automobile accident that took place early Tuesday morning, October 3.
At around 5:55 a.m., officers with the Los Angeles Police Department were called to the scene of the crash on Tampa Avenue.
According to reports provided by the police, multiple vehicles collided on the northbound side of the roadway, just north of Sherman Way. The incident prompted authorities to close down a portion of the roadway for an extended period. Authorities arrived at the scene and located a red convertible Ford Mustang and multiple other vehicles with damage.
A man in his 40s, who has not been identified to the public, was severely hurt in the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene due to his injuries.
At this time, the Los Angeles Police Department is investigating.
