Pico Rivera, CA – Three Injured in Auto Accident on Gallatin Rd near S Rosemead Blvd
Pico Rivera, CA (June 9, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident took place in the Pico Rivera area that ended in injuries on Wednesday morning, June 8. At around 9:50 a.m., the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Gallatin Road.
Reports provided by LACFD indicate that a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy was responding to a call involving a robbery. As a vehicle traveled through the intersection of Gallatin Road and South Rosemead Boulevard, it became involved in an accident with a second vehicle.
One deputy had to be extricated by firefighters due to the damage to the vehicle.
Two Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies and a third victim were all injured in the accident. The three victims are transported to area hospitals for further care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
