Los Angeles, CA – Two Killed in Car Crash on Normandie Ave and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd
Los Angeles, CA (May 22, 2023) – Two people lost their lives as a result of a crash that took place in the Exposition Park section of the city.
Just after midnight on May 21, emergency crews were called to the scene of an automobile accident that occurred on Normandie Avenue.
Reports from authorities indicate that a white BMW was pulling out of a drive-through restaurant when the vehicle was struck by a Jeep at the intersection of Normandie Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Police determined that the Jeep was traveling at a high rate of speed at the time of the collision.
The impact of the collision rocketed the BMW across the roadway, where he collided with multiple other vehicles.
Two people in the BMW were fatally injured. The victims were pronounced deceased on-site due to the injuries they suffered.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
We offer our condolences to the families of the two people who died in this accident.
