Los Angeles, CA – Ten Injured in Bus Crash on W Imperial Highway near Aviation Blvd
Los Angeles, CA (June 28, 2022) – A major collision reported in the Westchester section of Los Angeles left several people injured on Monday morning. Just before 8:30 a.m., on June 27, the Los Angeles police department and firefighters were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on West Imperial Highway.
Reports provided by authorities show that a bus was involved in the collision on West Imperial Highway in the area near Aviation Boulevard. The impact of the crash caused the bus to roll over and come to rest on its side.
Several people became trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated by firefighters.
A total of 10 people suffered injuries in the accident. Multiple medical personnel responded to the scene to render aid to the victims. Those in need of further care were transported to area hospitals.
At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
