Los Angeles, CA – Man Ejected, Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash at I-405 & Santa Monica Blvd
Los Angeles, CA (January 8, 2023) – A man has lost his life following a multivehicle accident that took place in West Los Angeles on Friday morning. At around 2 a.m. on January 6, the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a traffic crash that took place on the 405 freeway.
According to law enforcement, a multivehicle collision took place on 405 freeway in the area near the off-ramp for Santa Monica Boulevard.
The impact of the collision caused one person, a man in his 20s, to be ejected from his vehicle. He was then struck by at least one vehicle after being injected onto the road.
The man suffered fatal injuries in the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating.
