Los Angeles, CA – Injuries Follow MVA at E 79th St & McKinley Ave
Los Angeles, CA (October 10, 2022) – A traffic incident reported on the southeast side of Los Angeles resulted in injuries. At around 5:05 p.m., on October 8, officers with the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a crash on East 79th Street.
According to local law enforcement, a gray sedan and a black sedan collided on East 79th Street in the area of McKinley Avenue. The gray sedan came to rest, blocking the center of the roadway. The black sedan went off the side of the road and came to rest near a light pole.
Injuries were reported as a result of this accident. EMS responded to the scene and rendered aid to multiple victims on site. Those who required further medical attention were transported by ambulance to nearby medical facilities.
The Los Angeles Police Department has initiated a crash investigation.
