Los Angeles, CA – Injuries Follow Auto Accident on Saticoy St
Los Angeles, CA (August 9, 2022) – A vehicle collision occurred in the Van Nuys area that left at least one person injured on Monday evening. Just before 8 p.m., on August 8, the Los Angeles Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on Saticoy Street.
Reports provided by authorities show that a silver SUV and a black sedan collided in the 14,800 block of Saticoy Street. The sedan became wedged under the SUV. The impact of the collision caused the SUV to strike the rear of a white sedan. The crash blocked multiple lanes of the roadway.
Police and firefighters secured the scene of the accident as they tended to the victims. At least one victim involved in the accident suffered injuries that required further medical treatment. The victim was transported to a nearby medical facility.
The crash remains under investigation at this time.
