Los Angeles, CA – Hit-and-Run Crash with Injuries Reported at W 7th St & S Hope St
Los Angeles, CA (January 16, 2023) – A traffic accident was reported in downtown Los Angeles that left at least one person injured. Just after 1:30 p.m., on January 14, officers with the Los Angeles Police Department were dispatched to the site of a traffic crash on West 7th Street.
According to LAPD reports, a hit-and-run accident occurred on West 7th Street at the intersection of South Hope Street during the afternoon hours. Authorities responded to the scene of the accident and immediately secured the road.
Medics rendered aid to the victim, who suffered injuries as a result of this hit-and-run accident. The victim was then transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
The police department is actively searching for the person involved in the accident.
Investigations are currently underway.
