Los Angeles, CA – Auto Wreck with Injuries Reported at I-405 N & W El Segundo Blvd
Los Angeles, CA (October 10, 2022) – A traffic crash took place in the Del Aire section of Hawthorne that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. On October 8, officers with the Los Angeles police department were called to the scene of a crash on Interstate 405.
According to local law enforcement, at around 6:10 p.m., a collision between vehicles blocked the northbound side of Interstate 405 in the area near West El Segundo Boulevard.
One person became trapped inside their vehicle. Firefighters were dispatched to the scene of the crash to extricate the trapped victim.
Medics provided medical care to the victim who suffered injuries before transporting them to a nearby hospital, for further care.
The Los Angeles police department is investigating the accident at this time.
