Los Angeles, CA (May 19, 2024) – A major motor vehicle accident reported in the Los Angeles area left several people injured. The accident was reported at around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 19.
According to official reports, a female officer was conducting a security detail at the intersection of 12th Street and Figueroa Street. For unknown reasons, a suspect approached her vehicle and stole it. The driver fled the scene of the crash before striking another vehicle near the intersection of 8th Street.
