Car Accidents in California
Tens of thousands of people are injured on a monthly basis due to automobile accidents in California. We see car crashes take place every day that could have been avoided. There are a number of recurring factors that put people at risk, leading to deadly accidents in our state. Among these are:
- Failure to yield: Unfortunately, we see many people lose their lives as a result of drivers who fail to yield. While switching lanes, entering roadways, or even turning intersections, it is essential that motorists are mindful of other drivers nearby.
- Speeding motorists: When moving at a high rate of speed, it can be more challenging for drivers to avoid crashing into vehicles on the road. It can also make driving more dangerous by making it more likely that drivers will lose control of their automobiles.
- Distractions: Far too often, innocent people traveling on roads in the Golden State are less seriously injured due to car accidents caused by drivers who were texting, eating, or otherwise preoccupied with something other than the road.
