Long Beach, CA – Man Fatally Injured in 405 Freeway Crash near Pacific Ave
Long Beach, CA (August 29, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a fatal crash that occurred in the Long Beach area that claimed one man’s life.
According to reports, at around 12:05 a.m. on August 28, a black sedan and a white sedan were involved in a collision on the southbound side of the 405 Freeway. The incident blocked the roadway near Pacific Avenue, causing a chain-reaction crash.
One man involved in the crash exited his vehicle. The man was subsequently struck by multiple vehicles, resulting in fatal injuries.
At this time, the California Highway Patrol is investigating.
