Imperial Beach, CA (August 13, 2022) - A motor vehicle wreck occurred in the Imperial Beach area that sent one woman to a local hospital with injuries. On August 10, emergency crews were notified that a crash took place on Coronado Avenue.
Reports from the police show that a Ford Mustang and a police patrol SUV collided on Coronado Avenue near Hollister Street just after 5:15 p.m.
A woman involved in the accident was injured. The woman, who was driving the Mustang, was transported to a local hospital for further care.
