Dulce Lopez-Armenta is a Los Angeles native, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. She received her B.A. in Sociology from CSUN and her J.D. from the Ventura College of Law. Prior to earning her law degree, Ms. Lopez-Armenta worked in the insurance industry for over a decade. She has been able to utilize her insurance claims background in her transition as a personal injury attorney.
While attending law school Ms. Lopez-Armenta earned her certification as a mediator for the Ventura County Superior Court where she volunteered at the Simi Valley Courthouse Smalls Claims Division. Ms. Lopez-Armenta received awards for academic excellence in legal writing and research. She also participated in the Annual National Animal Law Moot Court Competition hosted by Harvard Law School’s Animal Law & Policy Program.
Ms. Lopez-Armenta has volunteered at the Simi Valley Free Legal Clinic helping the local community in a variety of legal issues ranging from civil disputes, family law, unlawful detainer, etc. She is currently a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association and the Mexican American Bar Association.
