Car Accidents in California
Every year, car accidents take place leaving victims with severe injuries. In many cases, these accidents are entirely preventable. We see many people hurt as a result of accidents that are caused by the negligence of others.
In California, rollover collisions are common causes of death and injury. When a vehicle rolls over, the forces that are exerted on the occupants can be very dangerous. In a typical rollover collision, the vehicle will start off as if it is going straight. However, as it starts to rotate, the weight of the vehicle pulls the roof down and against the heads of the people inside. This can cause neck injuries, broken bones, severe spinal cord injuries, or even death.
Rollover collisions can also cause injuries in other ways. When a person is inside a car that has rolled over, they may be struck by objects inside the car or outside of the car. These objects could include pieces of metal from the car, broken glass, or rocks. If a person is hit by an object like this, it can result in serious injuries, including head injuries or spinal cord damage.
If you have been injured in a rollover collision in California, you may have legal rights and options available to you. You may be able to file a claim to seek compensation from the person who caused your injury. It is important that you reach out to a Los Angeles car accident lawyer right away to get started.
