Los Angeles, CA – Injuries Follow Motor Vehicle Accident on S Figueroa St
Los Angeles, CA (August 6, 2022) – An automobile accident was reported in the Los Angeles area on Thursday morning that ended in injuries. Just after 9:15 a.m., on August 4, officers with the Los Angeles Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on South Figueroa Street.
Reports from authorities show that a light-colored sedan and a white van collided in the area of 7904 South Figueroa Street. Both vehicles came to rest in the center of the roadway, causing severe delays in traffic throughout the area.
Emergency medical service personnel responded to the scene to provide care to victims who suffered injuries. At least one person was then transported to a local hospital where they underwent medical treatment for the injuries they suffered in the crash.
The incident is under investigation by the police at this time.
